Abstract:	El presente trabajo pretende responder a las preguntas: ¿Cómo afecta el retorno a la percepción que los argentinos tienen sobre su entorno de origen luego de haber experimentado un programa de Trabajo y Vacaciones en Australia y/o Nueva Zelanda? Y ¿Cómo afecta introspectivamente a los individuos la experiencia de realizar un programa de Trabajo y Vacaciones en Australia y/o Nueva Zelanda? The present work tries to answer the questions: How does the return to the perception that the Argentines have about their origin environment affects after having undergone a Work and Vacation program in Australia and / or New Zealand? And how does it affect introspectively individuals the experience of conducting a Work and Vacation program in Australia and / or New Zealand?
