Executiu d’instal·lacions d’un nou complex esportiu de pàdel

Aquest projecte està basat en una proposta d’instal·lacions bàsiques d’un complex esportiu de pàdel situat a Girona. El complex té una superfície útil de 2.400 m2 . Les instal·lacions portades a terme seran la d’aigua sanitària, sanejament, protecció contra incendis, instal·lació eléctrica, instal·lació fotovoltaica, instal·lació de telecomunicacions i seguretat, instal·lació de ventilació, instal·lació de climatització i un estudi detallat sobre la il·luminació necessària en aquest espai per tal de poder fer una bona instal·lació d’enllumenat de manera eficient i complint amb la normativa pertinent respecte a la il·luminació en espais de treball. A més comptarà amb una petita instal·lació de domòtica per fer més eficient la instal·lació d’il·luminació de pistes. Tots els càlculs es podran trobar als seus corresponents apartats de la memòria, així com en els annexos d’aquest projecte. Cal destacar, que el disseny de les instal·lacions s’ha fet intentant aconseguir un espai còmode, i útil, que compleixi amb les necessitats bàsiques que ha de tenir un lloc reservat per a aquesta activitat. Finalment, tot el projecte ha estat basat en l’aplicació de les normatives pertinents a cadascuna de les seves parts, així com la utilització de diferents programaris, per comprovar càlculs, o realitzar estudis dels diferents apartats, que es poden trobar al llarg de la memòria, com per exemple el Dialux, Instalprogram i KNX

This project is based on a proposal for the basic facilities of a sports complex padel located in Girona. The complex has a useful surface of 2,400 m2 . The installations carried out will be that of sanitary water, sanitation, protection against fires, electrical installation, photovoltaic installation, telecommunications installation and security, ventilation installation, air conditioning installation and a detailed study on the necessary lighting in this space in order to be able to make a good lighting installation efficiently and in compliance with the relevant regulations regarding lighting in spaces of work It will also have a small home automation installation to make the installation more efficient track lighting. It should be noted that the design of the facilities has been done trying to get a space comfortable, and useful, that meets the basic needs that must have a place reserved for to this activity. Finally, the whole project has been based on the application of the relevant regulations a each of its parts, as well as the use of different software, to check calculations, or carry out studies of the different sections, which can be found throughout the memory, such as Dialux, Instalprogram and KNX
