Els clubs cannàbics a Espanya: Quina és la seva situació?

Cannabis has always been a hot topic, especially in recent years, when the debate over the legalization of the substance has been on everyone’s lips. That cannabis is very present in our society is an undeniable fact and manifests itself in many ways, and one of these is the social clubs of cannabis consumers. This personal curiosity that I had to know what these clubs are, I have been able to develop in the form of work since it is a fairly complex area, because everything related to drugs are topics that are difficult to deal with, even from a legal perspective. In addition, I thought the topic was quite juicy given that, to begin with, there is practically no information about these associations, although they have emerged all over Spain, and this has caught my attention even more in order to discover how they work, what their activities are and understand under what cover they are in order to be able to carry them out

El cànnabis sempre ha estat un tema candent, especialment els darrers anys, en que el debat de la legalització de la substància ha estat en boca de tothom. Que el cànnabis està molt present en la nostra societat és un fet innegable i es manifesta de moltes maneres, i una d’aquestes son els clubs socials de consumidors de cànnabis. Aquesta curiositat personal que tenia per conéixer què son aquests clubs, l’he pogut desenvolupar en forma de treball ja que és un àmbit prou complex, perquè tot el que té relació amb les drogues son tòpics que costen de tractar, fins i tot des de l’àmbit jurídic. A més, m’ha semblat que el tema era prou sucós donat que, d’entrada no es troba pràcticament informació sobre aquestes associacions, tot i que hagin sorgit per tot Espanya, i això encara m’ha cridat més l’atenció per tal de descobrir quin és el seu funcionament, quines son les seves activitats i entendre sota què s’emparen per tal de poder-les dur a terme
